Ok, new plan as of today. I just need a fender. Has anyone seen a yellow cobalt being parted out with a good left front fender? I'd prefer an 06 model so the paint age is consistent, but I can't be picky right now. I'd really appreciate any help from you guys. Thanks
Actually, on that note, where is the best place to buy a stock-style, no scoop or vent Carbon Fiber hood? I think that is the route I will be going.

www.car-part.com
None in yellow in Florida
There are 3 yellow driver's fenders in the Southeast region though....
1 in West Virginia from '06 for $100
1 in Kentucky from a '06
1 in Louisiana from a '05 SS
But in the whole US (in yellow)....
1 in Texas from a '05 for $120
1 in Ohio from a '06
1 in California from a '06
But if you REALLY want one in yellow...there you go...only 6 listed. Just search on Car-part.com for a "fender" for a '05 Cobalt (it'll automatically search 2005-2007) & then "L" & then look under the description for "Yellow" & then call up the different places to see if they'll ship it to you & how much.
If they will...then ask for pictures of the fender (most places are cool & will email them to you) & then go from there.
hope that helped a little

But when you have the money....now you know where to look!

True, I sent out a couple e-mails to places like that before, but that is the best compreshensive list i've seen. I do parts sourcing for antique cars, so I know how to do it, I just really have been lazy because I can't afford to waste money on the car right now (damn, just typing that makes me sad).
