Curious as too what has happened to yours. There are some pretty cheap aftermarket boot springs available.

i put the cheap aftermarket springs in and now my coil packs are shot. the springs corroded the coil packs so now i get spark jump which makes the car run like **** skipping and stuff.

Did you use any Dielectric grease when you installed the springs?

Yeah, once corrosion starts, it's a bitch. I'd really put some time and effort into cleaning the coils up nice, just to try and save them. Kinda pisses me off how few of the small parts any of the manufacturers make available anymore. There's still no rebuild kit for hardly any of the screw style rear calipers.

Just a thought, our coils are used in some Mitsubishi applications (I don't remember which), and most Mitsubishi coils do have the boots available as a separate part.
