apparently pulley boys says he doesn't need me as a customer.

you only take the belt off the sc pulley, not the belt tensioner

I have used a open end wrench probably 10 times on my car myself, never had an issue. I guess people just like to **** away money that they don't need to spend.But i guess we all do that
