WTS ZZP midlength header

I originally bought https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt...=545&catid=155

a few months ago and now I have decided to go with full GM products because dealers around here are dicks about warranties. So I am selling the header part of that combo. It has about 3000 miles on it and when I take it off I will have pictures. Just wondering if anyone is interested in buying it. I am putting on the GMPP extrude honed manifold in place of it late next week.

Your selling the combo right (header & downpipe)?

Because the GMPP won't work with the midlength Downpipe...

I dont know the condition of the downpipe but the header is in good shape. I'm replacing the downpipe with the LSJ downpipe so it will fit the GMPP header. The LSJ DP is 2.5" right?

I'm looking for $200 shipped because this thing is still pretty new.

Your gonna want to replace the stock DP. It is by far the most restrictive piece of the stock exhaust.

the LSJ is restrictive? I have the 2.4L cobalt not the SS/SC. IF it is then what GM warrantied product can replace it?

Ah sorry man I thought you had an SS/SC. The LSJ stock DP is really restrictive on the 2.0, im not sure about one on a 2.4

What is the diameter. If its 2.25 or bigger then I'm happy.

2.40-2.45" at 02 sensor bung.

hope this will answer some questions. The ID of the upper flange is tiny and is certainly a large bottleneck
Just found this from another thread a while ago. Not sure if its fully true.

The SS and SS/SC should have the same DP... the entire exhaust should be the same

Downpipe and header for 200 shipped? Is the header ceramic coated? Pending pics I will most likely buy this.

The header CAN bolt on to the stock downpipe BUT it wouldnt be long enough to reach the catback so you could do an extension I dont know. I wont have pics till next week maybe longer because SOME ******* old dude in an Acura RL SH AWD ******* t boned me yesterday. So I will update on this since it seems like 4 people are interested in buying this from me. So far the highest offer is $200 by 07 SS/SC. I will check the downpipe but I am not sure like I said if it is still in good shape or not. And yes the downpipe has the magnaflow cat. The whole header and downpipe combo is 2.5" all the way through.

header and dp will NOT void the warranty, i don't care what the dealer tells you. leave them on.

if modifications are needed, its not a direct fit...this is what most people are looking for.

anyway...ill ask specifically what you haven't said about the header/DP

1.5 or 1.75 inch primaries?
high temp paint or ceramic coated?
2.5in inlet to 2.5 outlet or 3in inlet to 2.5 in outlet?
and i believe you said it has the cat already

1.5 inch with high temp paint with 2.5 all the way through with the magnaflow cat

1.5 is gonna be restrictive for us SS/SC guys...the CA and most other headers for us have 1.7-1.75 primaries...

Shitttt I didnt even think about the 1.5" primaries. I dont know why I thought it was 1.75 for all of them. I am going to have to back out of this. It seems like you have alot of people interested tho, I am very sorry!
