The header and ZZP catless down pipe have a noticeable affect on HP and sound. When you open the cut out at 2k rpms at sounds like crap but once you get above 4k it screams the motor sounds real good. I am trying to up load a video I had racing the cobalt with this set up. It was a top speed event in Maxton N.C. The video was taken in side the car 0-144 mph with open exhaust.
Dayta what do you have to trade?

First what cobalt do you have? This down pipe will bolt up to the stock exhaust at both ends with no welding, 3 bolts up top for the manifold and 2 bolts on the bottom. The cut-out has already been welded in to the down pipe. This down pipe does not have a catalytic convertor, what i have done in the past is bolt up the stock down pipe when the car would go in for a state inspection emissions test.

Kinda interested but not sure if it would affect my bumper since I have a redline (slightly longer exhausts required to clear) and just curious what would shipping be to 78254?

Can you hit me up with a part number or link preferably to the downpipe so I can do my own research on it. As far as I know the difference in total length is because of the exhaust not the header or downpipe being different. If you give me more than "ZZP 3" stainless dp" I can take it from there. Love that its stainless love that its 3" and 2.5 exit and the welding is done. Speaking of welding did you run this setup at all? Any leaks at the welds or connections?
