On the 1st of november, the mods will start discussing privatley to narrow it down to the top 25 photos (or 20, can't remember what the max for site poll is), based on photo quality, composition, etc. This will help speed up the elimination process, |

The guard rail, the track, and the trees are all pointing in the 'forward' motion of the picture, as is your car..and if it were centered, it would lose the speed/motion of your car and would look bland. Mods: Just curious if you're switching vendors this year? Seems like everyone said the printing was pretty crappy in last years calendar.

so you wouldn't like this either then? same concept, back alley behind a building, car backed in. i just didn't post it cause it didn't turn out the way i wanted it to. his looks fantastic though.

oh i found it nvm. thats cause i just went through and picked all the ones i for sure liked. and put some to the side if i didn't hit 25 on the first pass. i guess i just put that one in both spots lol. oh well.

i like all those. the first one was in my reserve but i didn't pick it just because you can see it was taken with a flash and kind of ruined the picture.
brent's glow is from the photoshop. casio (black one) his is a great picture. but its just too edited. i'll send him a text and see if he can make it a little less tomorrow before midnight |
