All digs too just to keep the haters quiet.
I think I could have taken the ESS Supercharged M3 if I didn't let out and get back in it right at the start.

I realized too during this event that my car has PERFECT gearing for 1/2 mile racing at my altitude. I'm right at the limiter in 4th gear with my rev limit at 6500rpm crossing the traps.

I don't need no ZFR. Altitude is 6000ft where this was at. DA calculation was over 9000ft for most runs. If you aren't turbo and the DA is 9000+ft, you're fucked.
Thanks guys!

I got interviewed by the local Colorado Springs paper even: Competition, allure of famed vehicles draw drivers and fans to new event | gazette.com
Ignore the GTR comment, I said "Gallardo", but the guy obviously got confused. They screwed up some other details of the article anyway -- if you goto the pictures there's one of an LFA that they labeled a Ford GT.

It sees 25psi atleast once a day, 7 days a week usually. However, I NEVER take it into boost until coolant temp is over 190. It also never sees more than 2500rpm until warm either. I don't run it hard back to back to back. I don't do WOT pulls from low down in high gears either, always atleast above 3000rpm or higher. It uses no oil between oil changes, doesn't smoke, doesn't miss ever.
I would venture a guess that this car, while in my possession, has seen over 500 pulls on the street and over 80 pulls on the track. How it isn't fucked up is beyond me. *Knock on wood*
