Fiberglass Project

So this is a box for a single 10" from pyramid, just a first time experimenting kinda thing. I finished it like christmas of '06 but didn't have anywhere to post the pictures till now. tell me what you guys think. and yes i will build boxes with sub specific volumes for a price. depending on what you want and the type of finish. i only use automotive paint and 3/4" MDF with tempurpedic on the bottum as a sound absorbant. so it will be a little expensive. I just noticed that in the 5th picture it looks like there is a chip, there isn't, it's just a glare.

sorry i don't have any during the build process. But also, as i was saying about the sub specific volumes, thats why this box is relatively large for a single 10", cause thats what the sub needs.
hope you guys like it.

i haven't installed it in anything, its too big to fit in the trunk of a cobalt. (built before i had one) so that kinda sucks haha, i'm sure it would fit in a truck or something though, but like i said it was my first time PAINTING with fiberglass so i didn't want to go crazy and it's also only like a 100-150rms sub..

oops, forgot, i think i'm going to start making boxes the fit right behind our backseat. i could make dual 10"s and dual 12"s, and possibly depending on the specs of the sub(volume) a triple

very nice. my only concern is that its red and your sig says your car is blue... do you have a red and blue theme going? or is it to match the 10?

yeah i didn't really have any plans of it going in my cobalt. Like i said it was my first time doing a fiberglass box and was really just going for the volume of the sub and not so much as what to put it in. if i was going to put it in the balt i would have got a sub with a small volume requirement.
