Totally random but, we should get your rims powdercoated or paint em' ourselves. I think it would look sick with black spokes and a polished lip.

**** off!! lmao

You know I was driving to work the other day and I thought about this. The edges are so curb rashed cause of my old rubberband tires. I saw this dark blue GTO with black rims and I splooged a little. They would look kinda like the black SS/TC concept rims...

hmmmmm

LBM ftw buddy! That billet grill makes the car look great! And hidden fogs too, nice. My only suggestion is the rims do need a different colour though...

Dude, as long as you like it then **** what everyone else thinks, dont pay them any attention, you cant please everyone.
I like you, but I dont really agree with a few things you have done to your car such as the sticker on your gas cap, and the interior trim and floor mats, but as long as you like it who cares? You see how simple the OP's car is? A nice drop, wingless, some nice wheels and tint and his car looks awesome for a base balt, im not saying your car isnt nice dont take it that way, but im just saying less is more, keep it simple man. I think your car would look really good with tint, a nice drop, shave all the badges, and for interior I would take the trim out and paint it with the GM spray paint you can get, the boot is fine but I would just get some simple black or grey rubber floor mats. Again, if you think your car is fine and its awesome as it is, then dont worry about it man!

Well, all tint in NYS is illegal so forget that option... I mean I totally would if that wasn't the case. Especially when I shouldn't be in the sun too much. I mean I have permits for my taurus tints, but I rather not be bothered by getting pulled over all the time. As for dropping... I rather not have the hassle of avoiding scraping, which I do now! I'd keep the wing cause I've always wanted a winged car. I was supposed to put one on my taurus, but never got around to it. It had to be painted. As for wheels, I actually like the stock rims, so I'd keep those. After a big hassle trying to get the rear badge off, I really don't wanna be bothered with the GM badges, . I wanted to paint my trim, but then my dad showed me the ones GM offered. Which I thought was pretty cool, so I went and bought those instead of painting them. I still have all of my stock parts which means I still have the stock rugs. I changed them cause rug easily gets dirty, and is harder to clean than what I have now. Plus I like them. I was thinking about painting my front bowtie, but then I said to my self nah I gotta at least keep SOME things original. I WAS supposed to get a MOMO ebreak handle, but the guy screwed me on ebay, and I hadda get my money back. -_- Along with it I was gonna get a custom made boot for it too. And the same color as the shift boot. But now I'm set back with it cause the guy screwed me.... <_< So pretty much for now the only things I'm planning to do next is the e-break handle and boot, the chrome grill (gotta save up some money) and eventually get a gauge pillar from someone's ss and put an interceptor guage in it. (hey! won't be rice cause I'm actually using it ) The ss's look cool with pillar gauges, so I want one And also maybe a front strut bar and some chrome caps for the engine bay.

No idea, but we could just paint em. Before I bought my Konig's I painted my stock hubcaps metallic black. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/appearance-48/painting-my-hub-caps-yes-you-heard-me-right-58307/

They ended up looking real good and were mistaken for real rims all the time. I actually got a whole ton of metallic black paint and clear coat leftover from that job. You should come over one day and we can paint your rims. I know how to do it right so don't worry. All you need to do is buy a couple of supplies and bring me beer.

lol I remember that controversy. Well IDK...I really have to think about it because I think I'm going to trade in early next year for another car...probably the '09 SS/TC.
