eh i liked it better with the stock tc wheels i hate msrs...

well if you used sealant from home depot or something, they are going to fog. its inevitable because when the sun heats it up, it releases a gas and builds a film up inside the lens. happened to me with my last car after resealing 3 times i finally found out why on another forum. lemme see if i can find it...

i used some special silicone my dad has at his shop it works great. they used to get foggy when i first got them, but not after i sealed them with that silicone..

i just resealed them on top of the crapy sealant they already had and it worked just fine. i think if u get them apart would just be hell lot more work thats all..

lol damm if u have retros and there foggy ill be pissed lol. just let them dry completely and sealed it on top of what it already has nice and neat. make sure u cover up even the smallest whole, at least i did lol.

they have ZERO holes theyre sealed like a ****... fog like once a month

yea idk jonathan923 your headlights definitely have that film on them from this pic, especially the right one and its not dirt, your car was just washed for the meet...


the proper way to seal them is with this stuff. pricey but worth it...

rtv silicone works fine for me. ive had 2 sets with no problems.

what brand are you using? ive tried silicone, sealant I, and sealant II and all have fogged up, now im just keeping my new ones chrome because its pissing me off just dont want anyone to run into the same trouble.

lol i feel you. i have to go and check because i just picked up the rtv silicone from advanced and use that. what i did was the fist time around i put them in the oven with the rtv on it so it melts in the in cracks and such. then after it dries i go over it again one last time and then i dont wash the car for a week and pray that when i do grow ***** to wash the car it doesn't fog lol
