nope. i actually think i saw somewhere that they hold more power than the LSD tranny's. zzp uses open diffs on their drag cobalts too

simone ese, the lsd trans is really good in the twisties but on the straights there isn't much if any difference. Oh yeah nice thread Homie!!!

that head damage might not be anything at all. its not in a critical area. i might file it down myself or take it to a shop and have them do it.

Putting the power to the ground with both tires isnt a difference?
I would say in the terms of what could break easier the lsd tranny would go first because it has more moving parts and more stuff to break, but deff worth the gains..lsd is to get traction better than an open diff, regardless of which way ur car is going.
