how are you still so high off the ground?? On my 18s I'm already 3.4inches from the ground.. with the 15s that would make 1.9inches from the gound... (3 inch smaller wheels, 1.5inch radius, 1.5inch lower than ''normal'' )
but it's fine; my friend's a mechanic and we remove the springs on our own at the same time as we add my winter tires.

oh i know im on sportlines ordering coils this week. cant go too low prob only 2 more inches before i bottom out on the 12 speedbumps i have to go over to get to my apartment on campus

are you sure it's axle bind and not bump steer? my suggestion is to first order steering rack spacers from OTTP or TTR and see if they help
