yea whatever you do have them all on the same setting before you put them on, whether thats all the way up or all the way down that just makes it so much easier to adjust them to all match up and be at the height you want and need once you get them on. remember after a week or 2 they will still settle a little bit as well

yeah i'd say wait 2 weeks or so. now i havent done coils on my car but with the camber adjusters you should be able to put the front wheels on and adjust the bolts on top of the strut mounts to make your camber close to 0. if you have a small level you could hold that on the outside of the wheel to help get you close and this will be good enough until you get an alignment and it's done to spec. the only other thing you'd have to do is adjust the "toe" underneath but i don't remember how exactly to do that since it's been a while since i saw my car aligned
