Lol! you try painting it then, plastic reacts to paint differently and changes the color off it, especially in silver and light colors. Not saying it cant be done but usually the oem color dosnt match. If you wanna talk about paint not matching go look at the new camaros..not one panel on the car is the same color, I point it out to people all the time even a owner of one. He wasnt to happy.

i just did this chop..... makes me want rims soooo bad.. but you can really only find these new and these are all that really appeal to me other than a very very slight percentage of other 5 spoke rims.. and i cant afford new rims/tires on a college student budget.. soo ill just dream away at the sexiness...

Im just saying some painters will take the time to properly match the color, others will take the code off the computer and spray it and be done. Silver is known for it though, red not so much.

Oh yeah I definitely agree with you. Just saying it's not an impossible feat to color match something.

Padlock, good looking wheel choice. I'm really digging the color choice. You should totally try and get those. Those wheels and a decent lowering would look nice.

not that it really matters but the car was originally bought to be a daily driver while i finished my mini truck...then i was transferred to the opposite coast and had to sell the mini.....i cant drive a stock vehicle...lol...so i started modding the balt....and that led to where it is now..
