this is the most advance thing ive ever done to a car, all you need to do is research and understand what your doing, once it comes to doing the build ull see exactly what needs to be done and pluming is just running some hoses thats it.... i was really surprised how easy it was for me, the only problem i had was my intake mani was grounding out on my positive terminal on my starter, i took everything off to figure that out

So my bro just got a wrx with intake downpipe catback stock turbo so we race from roll several times he gets jump then I pass him no problem then we decide to try from a dig I'm so we line prepare to launch then go. His car just takes off mines spinning I get to like just under 7000RPM spinning ofcoarse then I **** into second gear it goes in fine then the car slows down like groggy feeling Roma are shooting up though car going like no where instant horrible smell of clutch so I let off did again same thing happens but I can rolling one with no problem even starting in first or second. What ya think is the deal? Still pulls hard and I'm supercharged 2.2 and have 78000 miles

Your clutch cant handle the increase in power your making. The engine is over powering the clamping force of your stock clutch. With 78k miles its not exactly new either. Id look into getting an upgraded one, but it will be fine as long as you dont keep launching it like that.

So a new clutch isn't a mandatory thing when supercharging one of these cars? I mean, obviously if you're launching it wont hold, but if you drive it normally it should be ok? Even if you get on while in motion in 2nd it should be fine?
Mine has 54000km on it (probably VERY little wear cause I'm not a tard lol), so I'm assuming it'd be alright?

I've been sc'd with with stock clutch for like 6 months and I always am launching and racing. And my car had a chick owner for awhile and was a lease for like a month. So yeah your clutch would be fine for awhile.
And it's a 02 wrx.
And c1ca what pulley you on?

It depends on what pulley your running and how much power your making. Its also much colder up here which can allow the clutch to slip easier too. The last point has minimal effect when the cars fully warmed up but its something else to consider.
Megan Racing coilovers, in the picture they were an 1.5 inch I think from being fully lowered. Rims were 17in Drag Dr-17 with 215/45/17. I have since sold them and rocking steelies hub caps, and raised the car up for winter.
Yea I sold them. Ill be out with much better stance next summer. Totally flush, better color, way lower
