duplicolor metalcast red. its a two stage paint. the same stuff i used on my valve cover n other accents

yea all i gotta say is 7 wires to hookup is a big PITA to squeeze in back there..

did you have to get the adapter harness for the alert chimes? trying to squeeze all those wires and the adapter box in behind mine wasn't fun

well heres what i had..
- the ipod usb cable going to the glovebox
- the microphone cable for handsfree once i connect the HU to my phone to it via bluetooth
- the gps antenna
- the aux input cable (in case i want to use pandora off my phone instead on an ipod)
- the wiring harness, which was big enough on its own lol (n no i got the cheap one i dont like chimes anyways)
- the antenna adapter


pretty sure that was it.. anyways you get the idea.. alot of **** to squish in, slight swearing was involved

damn that was a lot, i just have the chime adapter and like 6 feet of wires behind my kenwood and i thought that was a lot

im getting a double din prolly after xmas.. its worth 1k and im gettin it for 250.. has all the works.....

any sc'd autos have any trouble with the car in reverse someone said something hits ?

No. Reverse works just fine on mine. Never had an issue.

ok i thought i seen on g5 forum that some autos had issues with something grindin in reverse.

well cody i made an order into crutchfield in july and got a kenwood double din, 4 kenwood speakers, speaker brackets, and the gmac adapter harness for 318 bucks since everything was on sale and i saved almost 200 bucks . i'll get a pic maybe later today

My reverse is fine the only prom I have is if I go alittle quicker then normal I hear a nasty noise coming from the right axle
