Let me tell ya about that.....pain in the ass!
Bought the high rise from wing trading thread, paid $120 shipped and spent another $100 for paint. Took it to the dealership that I work at for paint. They half assed painted it in about a week but there was a BIG run in the paint and they set it down on something while it was still wet and paint was missing as a result so I refused to take it.
Needless to say it took a total of 5 effin weeks (total) to get it back to me in acceptable condition. I was bitching at the bodyshop manager as well as my service manager and nothing was being done until I threatened to go overtop everyone and go to the general manager/owner. Then they hauled ass to finish.

I am happy with it though

where did you get those mudflaps? And how much you get the steelies for?

 

Universal BASIC Mud flap theyre universal, the front need a little trimming on the inner side where the inner fender jets in. but other than that they jus screw into the plastic no problem, and one of your side skirt screws will screw right into it too, you just have to pre drill a hole. and i got them with the winter tires, i think it was $600.00 total. but you can get steelies super cheap.

I am a huge 49ers fan, and told the wife I now have to powdercoat my wheels gold. showed her the pic and she /facepalmed.

Bought it in May 2010. has a fiberglass highrise, GMS1, K&N typhoon, 10" Kicker L3, and a MBQUART FX1.600 amplifier.



Love the colour. Believe it or not, the last picture it is actually dusty. Still love how it turned out.

***btw sedan only came in sport red tintcoat. Crystal red was 2010 only and no sedan SS for '10

It is gone as of last night. I bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue; AWD, navi, sunroof, spoiler, fog lights. Rides so damn smooth and it's quiet too lol

Not me. I love it. I still have my lowrise to get rid of. No one locally seems to want it.

If that's the case you are probably going to be looking for a long time. No 2010 SS's came with a highrise. And crystal red is only on 2010's.

Well good luck with your search. Where I live I couldn't even find a used one of any colour, and GM is expensive.
