Painted wheels gloss black

hey guys, i spent the last week trying to get these wheels perfect. they were spraybombed with duplicolor gloss black engine enamel and cleared with duplicolor clear. anyway on to the pics cause i have already spoken too much. lol hope you like them.







i will get better pics soon. i need to borrow my friends camera

not bad looks really good! i am going to be doing this as well, what did u do to sand it down?

some 320 grit sanding blocks and wetsanded with 2000 grit after painting, then cleared. i had to sand them down like crazy since i had the polished ones. btw thanks!

how good are you spraypainting? if you are good then its not too bad. i still had some fuckups but nothing too major.

I think I liked them better polished. Either way, they look great.

Silver is definitely FTW.

Just the way my dad taught me when I was little spray side to side and away so no drips or fugly splatters I've tinted my tailights so I would say I'm an average sprayer.

i like them better mostly because my polished ones were all pitted and scratched. and curbed when i let my brother drive my car!

with proper paint prep and wetsanding, it wont chip. i have painted a couple cars with spray paint before. they haven't chipped yet

Welcome to the club. I had mine done at a body shop since I have a friend who works at one and i got my wheels painted on the cheap.
