Pics of Painting Stock TC Rims (sorta how to)

1: Jack car up and put it on jack stands

2:Once wheels are removed clean and scuff

Before:

After:

3: Once Scuffed and Dried, scuff again.

After Scuffing:

4: After dried Tape off

i just used painters plastic from homedepot to tape the wheels off.

5: AND THEN i used chemical cleaner to get the grease and dirt and stuff off the rims

6: Then Tack em let them sit for about 15 smoke a bowl or drink a beer then your ready for pirmer!

7:Primer and catalyst:

8: prime those bitches depending on the weather let them sit for 45 to an hour

9:i used the same color for a 2007 BMW 745I for my rims
1st coat of paint!!

Second coat sorry it was getting kinda dark and i used my blackberry for all these pics.

3rd coat

10: Clear time

be sure to let them cure for a couple days before putting them back on and driving. ENJOY

and i dont have enough room to post more pics but you can check my gallery for the end results if you want. thanks

Not sure if this is the end result picture because the cars white but its the only one I saw hah.

Looks really good, thanks for taking the time to do some pictures. This could possibly be a good "How to", might want to show a mod and see what he thinks about it.

The only problem is that you didn't remove the wheel weights when you painted them.
