Richmond Dragway Stage 2 SS/SC vs. Stock SS/TC
Here's a vid from tonight's race at Richmond Dragway.
SRODSS007(08 SS/TC) on the right vs. Deathscythe(stage 2 SS/SC)
Both fairly new drivers to the track
SS/TC ran a 14.5 and the SS/SC ran a 14.6

Both cars were very even in power, the sc was starting to pull towatd the end but just didn't have enough to overtake the lauch of the tc

Was this tonight? My boyfriend ran his bike tonight and said he saw a SS/TC in burgandy so I'm assuming it was you. Yea the SC launch sucked lucky for you because he walked you down for sure. Good race though!

look guys, that was my FIRST time going to the track period. Believe me, I know my launch was bad. I watched him leave off the line because I need to work on my reaction time. Our cars are even in acceleration. I'm having to deal with not suffering from wheel hop off the line. My ingalls isn't worth ****, and the run before I had to let off because of wheel hop.
We had been waiting for about 90 minutes just to get the chance to run against each other. They were prepping the track again because there were some cars fishtailing down through the 1/8 mile. We'll be going back in two weeks, and we'll have more videos.
the ss/sc was mine. I started walking him down before the 1/8 mile but because the launch was so bad I couldn't catch him.

Nice job for a first time run tho man props to you. I'll be running my car for the first time tonight if the rain doesn't screw us over... The track I'm going to is only like 3 miles MAYBE from the coast, so hopefully I can get some good numbers.

unfortunately we didn't have the time. They were part of the last wave of races for the night. We lost an hour because some of the big V-8's blew oil all over the track and they had to burn it off and then sweep the track from all the fishtailing. We're going up there again the Friday after next and get some daytime videos in
lol yeah but it wasn't me in the ss/tc it was srodss007 his is sport tint red. the tc driver is also still trying to get use to the competition mode.
Both drivers are new at the track, I think they did a great job too..I'm sure this will become more competive as they get better at it...Good Runs Guys!!!

ok, so anyone care to actually post slips, I'd like to see the mph through all the traps and post all the mods for the ss/sc, cause in his sig, it says tvs, and that's like weak as **** for a tvs car. All TVS cars should be 12's and faster unless they are letting out early. even with 2.4 60ft.s, cause the mph in those cars is incredible.

wow, um. that doesn't make much sense, you have a ton more top end than the ss/tc. you picked up 23mph in the back half and the ss/tc only picked up 19. Weird. Did he let off or something?
what is your mods again? stage 2? anything else?
do you have your cooling mods on yet? cause I thought you just posted that you haven't installed them yet.

2.85" pulley and 60's. I have a real conservative tune because I know the car runs hot due to the blower and no aftermarket cooling mods installed. And he didn't let off, we ran the whole thing out.
