But that flat black car isnt primer, Or at least i REALLY hope its not, Primer soaks up water and will get real shitty real fast.

Probably what he did was wet sand the car then reclear with a low gloss clear, Or stripped the car and painted it "rat rod black", believe it or not it can be real paint and still have that finish

 

it is REAL PAINT! jeeze.

 

o trust me man....ive been drunk installing rods and pistons on my car...but once the headache kicked in it was time to call it quits...lol
