Well Brent can't do anything because he isn't staff. But after this and the notable lack of responses I would hope the CSS staff does something.. after all it is one of there vendors.. they should back their vendors and if the vendor doesn't follow through they should take some of the responsibility. One of the only reasons I bought from Francis was because he was a vendor..

Not on anyone's side. But when it comes to say zzp when they get bashed because of there customer service , and ect. People always take there side .... Just because he isntt responding doesn't mean he is avoiding you. he could have been killed, has no power, I dunno just a thought. Yes it sucks with all this b.s that is going on. But if you cant get any info on ure purchased product get ahold of a mod.. I'm not on anyone's side so don't trash talk me for my thoughts. Thanx.

However he goes posting **** like ""no pecs, no sex. no curls, no girls" on his facebook? No Thanks.. he didn't lose power and he obviously still has access to internet. He was online yesterday and deleted that comment, and he was online for about an hour.
Plus let's not forget the fact it took 6 months to get these broken pieces of **** in the first place. I think everyone on here will disagree with you and I have yet to see a single person stand up for him.

seems to me like good old USPS droped the package. i dont think he broke it. but it still shouldn't have happend. atleast you didnt have yours in for almost a year. my relay for high beams fried. and i got them from buyhids. hes a nice guy but a bit shaddy

Nope, there was no physical damage to the package.. however these being dropped into a cardboard box with no padding or anything...?

On a side note, I would really like to see CSS.net staff get involved with this (I.E Lee) as like I said.. this is someone they've made their Vendor. I would like to see them trying to help me.
