A diffuser is functional YES but that g5 lip isn't a diffuser so its not functional.

Im sure you could buy some of that new space age sheet metal (dont remember the name) and produce your own...maybe something similar to this CF diffuser out of that sheet metal.

Ok, I figured out what that product was called ---> Alumalite

Alumalite is corrugated plastic with aluminum on both sides to provide rigidity and durability. It will not swell or corrode from the inside which makes it a perfect choice for outdoor applications. Alumalite is also lightweight and easy to fabricate.

This guys is making a splitter out of it.

x2... I especially want the RKSport lip for my car since I'm on a Side-Exit. My SS looks weird with an empty exhaust cut-out.

You have any more info on it? There is a guy on here that did it, says he just had to shave a little bit off of the bottom of the bumper itself.

I would like to find a rear lip for my sedan that I don't have to modify and look pretty decent. The rear IMO looks unbalanced to the rest of the car on the sedans with out a rear lip.

I know the owner of that car (and that car). I thought he posts on here but apparently not or he hasn't seen this. It's a G5 sedan. He posts on ontariocobaltclub.com under G5Brad if you have any questions for him.

I know my friend Nick did it, he's on here as RollOver360, try searching him for pictures. AFAIK, he's trying to sell his SS/SC right now and isn't on here ofter...

that would look sick on a yellow car with the "diffuser" portion painted black...

Lol, sounds like a standard answer from him. I'm sure if you felt like paying for it he'd still sell it to you.
