06 lsj boost problem
I've searched and still couldn't find a solution
06 Ss lsj
K and n typhoon cold air intake
Full exhaust zzp no cat
Stock injectors
Stock pulley
Stock everything else besides clutch
Factory tune
I only get 6 psi
Unless i disconnect the hoses to the acuator I replaced the acuator the boost pressure sensor throttle body map and maf sensors the intake is brand new and still no change I get 12 of its disconnected other than that 5 psi does anyone have a fix

So you're lean. Time for a quality tune.
There are a few things that can also limit boost, Catalytic Converter Temperature, Intake Air Temperature, Knock/Detonation, Exhaust Gas Temperature, among other things. Each of those conditions calls for a certain percentage of boost reduction.
If you're running lean expect Catalytic Converter and Exhaust temps to be really high, as well as the likelihood of knock/detonation.
By disconnecting the hose you are disabling part of the cars ability to control boost to prevent dangerous engine operation. Probably best to reconnect it and fix the actual problem.
You catless downpipe is a big problem. Your car will think your catalytic converter is on fire and reduce your boost as well as command a ton of extra fuel to be dumped in when driving.
Your intake is a bad idea on stock tune and stock injectors too since the stock injectors are already maxed out on a completely stock LSJ without ANY mods.
Good news is that larger injectors and a good tune should fix your issue.
Continuing to drive your car as it is without immediately fixing your real issue will lead to conversations like "Hey bro, where's your ringlands?", and "does my engine sound normal to you?"

There is no boost limiting on a stock LSJ, the functionality is there but it's set to 100% (actually reads 200% in some PCMS) from factory in 1st and 2nd gear where you have tables.
A catless DP will not limit boost or cause any performance detriment, it will cause a CEL for a P0420 catalyst efficiency below threshold fault, but the car will gain 10hp and run just fine.

You do need to address the lean code, the K&N by itself isn't enough to set a code for lean on a properly working car. You have an air leak somewhere that's causing high enough fuel trims to set the code, you need to fix that before anything else. The car will pull boost to protect itself, and if there's something very wrong all the time it's possible to see lowered boost all the time. Fix the mechanical problems before you try to tune around them, and then get an actual tune for your mods, car will run better.
