Well got the car back and they fixed it. They had to run like 5 different softwares to fix it but it is all good now!

Nope, but that was the agreement they are suppose to let me know when they get hands on them. Also they installed the little rubber box for the direct injection box which GM had a bulletin out for so it keeps the ticking noise down.
