2.2 won't start
Fuses replaced. Spark plugs replaced. New fuel filter. Getting the fuel pump running when turning the car to acc. Can hear it buzz. Brand new battery and starter. All of these new and installed this afternoon. Balt still won't start. When turning the key getting the loud clicking noise like a low battery. Tried to jump with a new F350 no luck. Tried to jump with a power pack no luck. Won't start. Any ideas?

There is a such thing as a battery that's too far gone to even jump just as a heads up. I know this is a long shot, but do you have access to a multimeter to verify your battery voltage while cranking?

I am @ work so I can't go look or send pics but check the ground that is coming off your starter. It is not too long of a wire. Like stated, before use a multi-meter and read power and ground. I hope that helps...

Give the starter a wack with a hammer while someone tries to start it.
If that works the starter is gone.(usually works for a while afterwards)
If it doesn't work starter could still be gone.
The click you hear is the selinoid (works like a high current relay)but if the main contacts are gone that the selinoid makes contact with the starter won't spin.
Edit:
Sorry missed that, got to get to bed getting tired
Did the car not start before the starter was replaced.

Yep all wires are good to the starter. BTW I figured it out. The main ground under the driver side headlight was severely rusted. Matter of fact while trying to remove it to clean the contacts the bolt broke. Drilled a new ground next to the old. Cleaned the contacts along with cleaning the other grounds I found in the engine bay and she fired right up. Actually running better than when I bought it brand new in 06. Don't forget that ground location if you guys have trouble with starting. Fixed a bunch of other odd things like my cruise control flashing "cruise Engadged" for a split second but not actually setting its self. Also fixed my slightly rough idle. My tach would bounce before. Now she stays perfectly just under 1k rpm. Thanks for the grounding tip. I wasn't thinking clearly and completely didn't even think about grounds being bad
