2005 SS Front End Problem/Shaking

Im new here and Ive searched and im almost positive it may be a bad cv. Anyway, I just got the car last weekend, lowered on megan racing coilovers. Theres been a clunking sound going over bumps or whatever, but ive had a few lowered cars do that. Today, I got in the car, started down the road, and the front end is shaking horribly. Mainly under load, but even coasting without the clutch in it shakes. When I push the clutch in it goes away. Any suggestions on where to start looking?

Some other things you may want to check that I can think of off the top of my head: springs (unseated or broken), sway bar end links (I once had one come totally unhooked while my car was lowered), alignment

Its pretty low. Think i could get by with raising it back up a bit or do you think the damage has been done?

Control arm bushings? My car was doing something similar and that's what it was for me.

Lol i was actually thinking about that. I reached in and pulled on the cv and it has about 4-5mm of slack pulling in and out. Is it supposed to have any slack?

Yes, it has to have some in and out play, otherwise the arc of motion would destroy it

I have no idea where to begin. It only does it under power. Even if im barely giving it gas. Soon as i let off or push in the clutch its fine

So i got a little time with the car today. Raised the front back up about an inch. Still shaking. Got back under there and the inner boot on the passenger cv wasnt even clamped on and it had back/forth rotation as well and in/out movement. Im thinking its that cv thats bad but its not popping or anything. Any input?
