2006 SS/SC: Won't start

So, Yesturday I moved my car onto the road at 8AM (-26C), so they could plow the parking lot, and I went back out at 1:30 PM (-18C) and it would not start. Checked the Schrader valve for pressure, and it shot out pretty good. My air fuel gauge was reading lein, and The car threw a code, I didn't write it down but it was something about low fuel pressure.

I have no access to a garage, and idea what I can do?

Do our cars have block heaters?

You most likely do have a block heater, pretty hard to find a car sold in without one.
Pop the hood and look around the top of the passenger side headlight, the cord should be there.

Low pressure could be the pump, or you may have enough water in the fuel that it has frozen and partly blocked the fuel line.

I've checked for spark... Check.

Cylinders were flooded, so i cleaned them out.

Replaced Crankshaft position sensor, Will i have to do a relearn?
