Some back ground on the motor. Its a freshly built LDK bottom end that has about 4k on the motor now. At first it was fine throughout the break in and was in the middle of tuning it.

Then one day the timing tensioner failed and jumped timing. Bent valves so I got head cleaned and checked out and rebuilt the head with all new parts. After I got it back together It ran fine for two weeks then I have been throwing p0017 code. I have changed both cam sensors, crank sensor, both cam solenoids, new timing chain, new chain tensioner, new cam gears/crank gear. Just made sure it was timed right for like the 3rd time today. No slack on the chain. I am running mobil 1 5w-30 oil. It starts and idles fine but don't want to go drive it and hurt the motor.

Can anyone help me out?
