Exclamation 2009 LT Automatic Transmission Torque Converter shudder

Hi Team.

2009 Cobalt LT AT
17" Monte TITANO wheels with Continental ExtremeContacts
FE5-YYZ Shocks/Struts/Springs/End Links w/ FE1 Sway bar in front
149,000 miles

From a dead stop, when accelerating 0-20 MPH, I get what feels like a cross-car (horizontal) shudder. Thought my wheels were out of balance but zero issues at higher speeds and the magnitude didn't seem to correlate to wheel speed. However, in neutral, revving the engine doesn't replicate the issue.

Zero issues outside of this speed band. Both cold engine and warm engine.

I'll keep playing with it today to update this description, but, if it were a Torque converter issue, anything I can do with fluids or externally short of pulling the transaxle?
