Mine are like this too, I've been thinking of popping the lenses off and using some polishing compound on the insides. I used some on the outside of the lenses and they look a lot better.

I hit the outside with some 3M Perfect-It III machine glaze on medium speed with my pc7424. It's a pretty mild polishing compound and it helped out for sure, but the inside of the lens needs a good polishing too.

yeah mine are dusty and such inside and the only real way to get the job done right is to take the lens off buy im gonna work something out to where i can get threw where the light goes to and just try and wipe the dust or w/e it may be off. if i come to find its sumthin else ill say screw it till it warms up again.
i have taken the lens off and painted my headlights just need to heat them up so the silcone gets loose and are able to take apart.
