I'm having the same issue after installing a high flow down pipe. After doing some research I found my best option was a defouler from modern performance, $36 shipped I believe but my cars also untunable until I swap pcms.

Which downpipe does it have? It could very well have one already.
A defouler doesn't always solve the problem like in my case. Either replace the O2 and hope it doesn't happen again or get it tuned out.
With the downpipe you're not really gaining anything without having a tune anyway.
