Question Ac blowing cold from one vent.

Ok, so I hit a deer last June. I had all my work done at a place I trusted. The car came out looking great and everything was fine. When the weather started warming up this year I cut the ac on and it was blowing warm. I took it back to this place and they put a vacume on it and refilled the 134 and told me there were no leaks. The ac blew cold for about a week and then it started getting hot again, only now it blows cold out of the passenger vent and blows hot from the other 3. The same ammount of air blows out of all the vents, but it's cold from just the far right and hot from all the others. Everybody is telling telling me a million different things. Does anybody really know what's wrong?

Yeah, they all flow evenly. 3 of them just spit out hot air.

probably a flapper door not opening to let the AC air to the other vents.

mode or blend doors could have a problem, there is a door that crosses between the heater core and one across the evaporator I'm not sure what gm uses in the cobalts for actuating the blend door, vacuum or solenoid but it's possible

Sounds like a leak in the AC lines and your low on refrigerant. Evaporator is usually on the passenger side so the passenger vent should always blow the coldest out of all the vents. When you turn the AC on does the compressor clutch keep kicking on and off repeatedly?

I don't know, but I didn't really want to mess with it for fear of voiding the shop who did the work originallys "warranty". I took it back to them. I hope they fix it right this time. It's been 100 degrees plus here for the last few days and all I have to drive right now is my Bronco with no ac either.
