Car will blow air and turning dial ( 1-4) changes how hard but air is ambient temp no matter on heat or ac. I have checked the normal fuses I can check visually. I will be taking it in to get looked at soon but want some idea what I could be.

or maybe both heat and ac are inop, but doubt it.
