how flat was the road surface you were on when it was acting stupid?

I've done pulls on moderately "grooved" or "worn" roads and had it be a little skittish on me go wherever it wants due to the relatively unlevel surface im assuming, but on newer flat roads its fine

I think bad control arm bushings can also do this. It's one of the first signs they are going - before the clunks. It's worth checking, anyway.

"my car drove funny when I made a pull on this piece of road"

So don't make a pull on that piece of road.

I took mine into the dealer with this complaint and they said everything was normal... they also said my axle clicking and popping when changing directions was normal too tho...

Moog makes a replacement bushing thats still rubber for like 16 bucks incase you dont want to spend a few hundred on the PRS units.

A year and a half of no alignment makes your tires wear funky.

The low profile summer tires will do this if the road has even the slightest tire grooves in the pavement from big trucks,I have a few places around here where you almost go off the road if you throttle it.
This problem is caused because the wheel base of our cars is not near as wide as the big trucks and one or the other tire is in the groove the other is actually riding on just the edge of the rubber.when you get on it you start rocking in and out of the groove .if you hold the steering wheel really tight you can power through it.

I always thought of it as bump steer and there are a couple of pieces of I-5 in the Seattle area I won't drop gear and open it up unless I have to because of it. It sounds normal enough as long as you don't have any noise.
