Another oil leak...

Another oil leak...
So after the past few days I have noticed a drop of oil hanging off the bottom of the intercooler pump bracket but nothing on the floor. I wipe the drip and keep an eye on it. Drip comes back so I get under to further inspect and to my surprise NOTHING is wet besides the actual spot where the drip hangs down.
Fast forward to today and I notice the drip is back again. I was under the car anywhere so I did more inspecting and again, nothing else has any oil on it. The only place it could be leaking from is where dipstick tube enters the pan but the base of that is completely dry. I'm clueless to where it could be coming from.
Idea's?
