belt rubbing tensioner. stage 2 belt..?

i did my stage 3 upgrade like 3 months ago. i had belt squeal for a while above like 3000 rpms. even with the adjustable tensioner from ZZP. so i decided to go get the stage 2 belt ($50) and now it squeals at all times (when running of course). idle to redline, no stop squeals. so annoying its been like 3 days now, i thought it might just be break in period or something. idk, but i decided to take a look and the belt rubs against the adjustable tensioner. is the stage 2 belt wider? they have the same number of ribs. i rub a little soap on it to see if it would quite it some. no help... any suggestions? did i forget to put a spacer between the pulley and S/C when i installed the new pulley? it doesnt look like the stock belt rubbed. any response would be great. Cheers

I see shavings of the belt, I know the noise is coming from the belt rubbing against the adjustable tensioner. No fluids leaking. Maybe I installed the s/C pulley to deep...

Check to see if you have the belt aligned properly over the ac condenser pulley. Common area for the pulley to be off a rib. The belt should not be rubbing against the tensioner if installed correctly.

I noticed that the s/c pulley was slightly out of alignment with the alt and tensioner pulleys, so I pulled off the charger and used my pulley puller and pulled the hub out an 1/8" and now it's allllllll goood! No squeak no weird noise sounds great again! Yayy! Thanks for the responses!
