I noted and it's now starting to bug me more and more but the blower in my car is pretty loud. When driving for more than an hour, and having the setting on 1, it sounds like the blower motor is hitting something or rubbing up against plastic and making a noise. It's fairly annoying to the point I sometimes drive with it either off or on 2. Is this common in these cars?

Damn, that sucks.

If I bought a new one to replace it would the noise go away or come back with time?

it would most likely come back over time. I read that they r a PITA to replace. U have to cut the original one out and such. Just doesnt seem worth it if u do it urself. If u still have the warranty take it to GM to do it.

their easy to do. and yeah take it back to the dealer so someone like me can get paid for it.
