Sorry miller im telling it exactly like it is, why do you think i need to make something up? What does that gain me? The ******* trans went boom, what could i get from not telling it exactly as it went? No it was first gear, not 2nd, or 3rd, or 4th, there was deffinitley no two step used, you can ask nick BYT i was on the phone chuckling about how ludicrous is was within seconds of it happening. Even the dude in the staging lane was like how the **** did that happen?

I am just saying cause we have the same cars, same tranny, and I have alot more traction than you do. Why would you lie? lets say you did what I said, you know your going to get flamed when you come in here and say that you did a second gear burnout on streets in a dry water box at the strip. Only you know what happened and I dont by your story. But I will not argue no more.

Getting flamed is fine and doesnt bother me, do you think i dont realize you are making loads more traction than me? I have kept up to date on all your progress quite close especially because your BYT tuned and he is a friend of mine. You can ask nick or anyone who knows me, i do not lie and have never had a reason to. I dont really care if you by my story or not, that just makes you a fool for judging something you were not there to witness and someone you dont know. Its also impossible to mix up 1st and 2nd in these cars being that there in different directions.

You did also just put the clutch in and we talked about if that fluid was right or not. Did you save the receipt to check if it was right??

And just my 2nd gear syncro seems to be what's bad on my car.

What 'traction' mods, exactly, did you have installed on the car?

To me, from what you are describing anyway, it sounds like the car spun the tires, and then damaged itself when the tire re-gained traction. There was a rather informative post about this on here around a year ago or so, one of the vendors posted it. It explained the stress that goes through the driveline when that occurs.

Pretty much /\ but the tires never really got spinning skipped that step and just kinda grabbed and pop!
