Boost Loss after car warms

Boost Loss after car warms
Well, I'll give you a little back story... Last Edmonton get together, I revved the engine to redline once.
Ever since then, The car, when warmed up, doesn't build any more than 20 KPA (3 lbs of boost.)
I have tried resetting the PCM by disconnecting the battery, and pulling the fuse, to no avail.
The car is running the GM stage II 3 inch pulley, with stock injectors and original tune,
and it will however, when first started after cooling off, pull hard to redline boosting 15 psi.
Any Ideas on probable cause? I don't have any way of checking for codes, but at the same time the check engine light should come on when a code is thrown anyways right? It hasn't.
I was passing the Idea around that it may be a clogged cat, but at the same time, there is no bad smell, and engine temps are nominal.
Thanks,
Sean

I'm Not sure what code it's throwing, but I did notice today that the CEL was staying on when the Ignition was turned on... I read in the manual that it means troubles with emissions, although I was under the impression that the CEL should stay on when the Engine is started and running as well...

If the CEL stays on constantly when the ignition is on, then I am guessing it could have a "pending" code in the system. I know on mine, the CEL will go off after 30 seconds, maybe less or more. I never really paid attention.
I also just re-read your original post, dude, get some injectors/tune or ditch the pulley!!!!!!!!!!
Your motor is on the way to the cobalt death pile.

The car up to this point has been fine, I don't beat on it at all, but you are right, it would definately help. I don't at this point want to go out and buy stage II though, here in Canada it's way too expensive.
