bouncing idle

A couple of days ago i installed a header and catless downpipe. At first the car ran just fine, but after a little test drive the check engine light came on which was no surprise because i did a sensor delete without getting the code removed (the sensor in the downpipe). Along with it though came a bouncing idle.
It revs to about 1200 rpms then falls to 800 rpms and does this continuously. At first the "bouncing idle" happend whenever the car was not in gear. But now when i come to a stop the car idles fine. The problem still occurs when I coast in neutral though. Any advice?
My coolant light also came on even though my coolant is where it is supposed to be in the reservoir. Im not sure if the two problems could be related or not

My idle is getting better if anything. I know its not getting worse. This problem developed the day after i did the header install so i figured it would have something to do with that

ok guys i figured it out. When i did the o2 sensor delete i forgot to tape up the wire. So it just dangled there until it shorted out on something. When it shorted it blew my emissions fuse. taped the wire and replaced the fuse. good as new
