brakes locking up
car 2007 ss supercharged 87000 miles
brakes stock
so im driving through town and its a 20 mph zone i hit the 55mph zone and start speeding up only im not speeding up as fast as i normally do. im in third and im giving it like 80% throttle and am only going maybe 40. so pull off to the side and get out smoke is coming from all 4 wheels look closer its coming from the brakes. luckily im not far from home so i get back in and drive it home when i get home i noticed when i hit my brakes my brake light dose not want to turn off unless i pull up on the brake pedal. when i let up brake pedal is hard to push down all 4 brakes locked up what could cause this. i have not messed with the brakes ive only changed the pads and that was a while ago.

Did you open the bleed valves when you changed he brake pads? It is very unlikely. But contamination could have gotten in the brake caliper causing it to not let go easily. But the chances of this happening at all 4 wheels is very unlikely.
I'm not sure what could cause all 4 brakes to not let go.
But the problem usually happens with a single brake and the likely solution of that is to rebuild/replace brake caliper. I don't think this is your situation.
