Broke radio cable!!! Need some help!

So i had a Pioneer F700BT in my car, screen started acting all shitty so i took it out. When i took it out i broke the plastic piece on the wire that goes into the back of the stock radio. I was wondering if there is an aftermarket piece that i can buy to put on the cable (which looks like coax) so that i can have radio reception again!! Someone please help!!

EDIT: This is the stock, (not aftermarket) cobalt/gm piece that broke that goes into the back of the factory radio.
