broken mount?

so i got a little antsy and decided to take my car for a quick boot seeing how the roads are dry and we've been having nice weather. I went into town which is about a 15 min drive and did nothing to crazy just a second gear pull after it was fully warmed up. when into the grocery store and came out maybe 15 min later came out to leave and when i started it it made a little bit of a grumbling/ knocking noise. on my way home after about 10 min of driving i did a 1-3 pull and it made a weird shrieking noise when i hard shifted 2nd and 3rd. When i was pulling it back into the garage every time i let go of the clutch a bit it made a knocking sound/rattle and when i let go of the clutch completely it makes a grumbling noise or a metal rubbing noise when parked. I just did my breaks all round and had both front calipers off for the night with the lines hanging so when i put them back on i had to bleed for ever and the pedal still doesn't feel super firm. So im thinking theres air in the clutch lines? broken mount? bad clutch? (grabs good but has a rough feel to it and my pedal vibrates a little when i release it), as far as the knocking noise/grumbling noise when i started it im clueless. it's 4c here so kinda cold and the noise was there for 5min untill i just got in and drove it home. Sorry for the essay im just trying to cover all the bases so theres no left out info. 2009 SSTC with 40km, gms1 and injen cold air.

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having these difficulties with your Cobalt. Hopefully, you'll be able to find the source of this soon! If you should need assistance in working with a dealership on getting this diagnosed, I would suggest contacting GM of Canada at 800-263-3777 (Hours: M-F 7:30am - 11:30pm, Sat 7:30am - 6:00 EST). I'm also available to look into warranty/recall information for you, if you like.

Ya OP maybe having an experienced tech check and diagnose things for you would help. Brakes are not something to short cut, and hanging calipers by brake lines is not a good idea; use a bungee to support them next time cheers and good luck.

no i ment i took the calipers off and let the lines hang with no stress on them and.they dripped dry over night so thats why i was wondering about air in the system.
