Bucking, Lights and surge.
Hey guys, so I recently got a tune on the cobalt and have been having a few recurring problems with it.
The first one is a pretty nasty bucking, sputtering, gurgling, backfire situation. At first i thought it was my clutch but it only happens if I roll on half or 3/4 throttle. If I go full throttle it pulls fine with no sputter. A situation that it always happens is when I merge onto the parkway and try to get on it a bit. Its almost like its starving for fuel? not sure how to describe it
The second one is a code that I would assume is related to the catless downpipe im running but its a P2096. I just cleared it today and it hasnt shown back up yet but it usually always does. I have read up on the code and most say its either a bad o2 sensor or to just get it deleted because the high flow will always throw it?
And lastly, every so often I get this compressor surge/flutter. Not to sure whats causing it. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated. I also just had the car looked at by an exhaust shop for any leaks and he said there is none. Thanks in advance!

For the flutter, do the bypass valve mod, google it.
When you go WOT have someone go behind you and see if they see tiny black smoke puffs behind you, that is knock occuring. you don't not want that.
