Pretty much the same. I can resend you the tune but it's gonna look the same
I really don't think it's tune related

Cam Sensor will not cause any type of misfires. Cam Sensor does not affect the cars drive ability or idle. Will cause longer engine cranking for start, and will throw a code.

ETC pulses and my RPMs go from 400-1500 in a rythym causing my MAP to go rythym with it. STFT and LTFT are VERY lean at idle but I can smell fuel and am getting 12mpg. O2B1S1 reads normal during wot but will occasionally read <100 and when not placing a load on the engine will read 600+ for a couple seconds, then down below 100 and fluctuate down to 0 then back up to my normal 300-500 range. TECHII scanner shows misfires in all cylinders, but HPT is not picking any up. I'm home from my weekend trip if anyone wants logs.
Again, I don't get the connection to fixing my header leak and getting this messed up crap

Could of got some foreign substance on the O2 sensor when you fixed the leak .I would think the problem would be there .Thing started after you fixed the leak check the wires and the connector for possible bad spot.
I was told that the O2 cable has to be sealed if it gets water in it it will bugger up the sensor.

i had the same problem with an intrepid...if you replace the camshaft position sensor also replace crankshaft position sensor...this helped me...no more erratic idle or stalling at stops...no misfires detected...
but be prepared when there replaced, and you hook the battery back up its going to idle really high...put a load on it run your ac...turn your steering wheel back and forth and the idle will drop back to normal...erase the trouble code and go for a drive around your neighborhood...
speed up slow down different driving conditions so your car can relearn its peramiters ...

alright, I figured it out. I've seen several threads like this that dont end with a solution so here was mine (dumb)
I just bought this car 3 months ago, been a great car, I use it to drive to work everyday, I dont hot rod it much, ect. anyway, previous owner put a cone filter on it, and like, melted part of the stock intake so that the pipe was a diff shape and then hose clamped his new filter on it. I saw that it had a cone filter and replaced it with a better less muddy one, and sealed up the hole he made in the plastic under protection with aluminum to keep future mud out...anyway i never took those 2 pieces apart. tunes out no matter how hard you tighten those 2 pieces together they were never perfect, and it fell off when i was driving. it was then sucking air straight into the pipe leading tot he sc, and not through the mass air flow sensor.
FIXED
