Car chokes and back fires at full boost

So recently I blew up the lower charge pipe on my 2010 cobalt ss turbo. Replaced it with the zzp and everything was hunky dory for about a week. Now when I hit full boost in second gear the car chokes out and back fires. I noticed my Gauge wasn't reading the air/fuel mixture any more so I assumed the map sensor was shot. When I got home and checked the code it threw it came up p0133 which is coming up as 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 1. I'm no expert when it comes to diagnosing problems is it purely coincidence that the 02 sensor went out or is there something that is leading to it because of the lower charge pipe replacement. Any help would be appreciated and sorry in advance if this question has been answered before I didn't find anything on the turbo version in the search.

if the A/F ratio isn't reading it's because the o2 sensor is messed up, I'm sure it was on the way out already. Where in CO are you?
