Car cranks but wont start. Help please

Hey guys. I have a 2006 LSJ and I am having some issues that are really stressing me out. 3 days ago I went to start the car and out of no where would not start. It cranked for a while and would act like it was going to start but then would just die. Im getting no codes but had it towed to the shop. A few months ago I had the same issue and had a crank sensor code. it started after a bit, cleared the code and have had no problems till now. I replaced the fuel filter first with no luck then replaced the crank sensor still with no luck. Im now about to replace the cam sensor but im still nervous. what could the problem be? any help would be greatly appreciated

Could be a fuel issue. Try spraying some carb clean into the intake while cranking it. If it starts and runs until you stop spraying it the its probably a fuel pump issue.

Thread moved to problems & services.

When I had my cam sensor 180 degrees out of time. The car cranked but did not start.

It set the p0315 code for crank shaft position not learned.

It's possible this is your problem due to a faulty CPS sensor.
