Car won't crank over

I was working on my 08 SS/TC last night, had the battery unplugged, ecu and fuse box out for at least a hour or two. Put everything back together and now today the car won't start. The vehicle doesn't even crank over. I went back and checked that the fuse box and ecu were connected properly. I did recall a "power steering" error flash on the dash the first time I tried to start it but after I went back and re-connected everything it doesn't show up anymore. But the car still won't crank at all, just hums for 2 seconds and then nothing. Battery is charged and all that, not sure what to do here.

Got it working again, just had to take ecu and fuse box and battery apart 3-4 times and then it worked. Huge waste of time but what ever.

Not sure what case relearn is, saw that on a couple of threads. Which also brings me to ask, why would you want two ecu's ever?
