Car won't do ANYTHING

Went to jump my car today an it went completely dead, nothing power works, not even my buttons on my key fob to open the doors, and yes i put the cables on the right terminals. I used a 12 volt test light on my battery it's still putting out voltage, even at the jump points it lit up...any ideas? possible blown fuse? or some type of circuit breaker?

I would still guess that you have a bad battery. Cars don't have anything like a circuit breaker that's why they have fuses, and a single fuse will not shut down the whole car like that

the thing is though that it had power originally just not enough to start, as soon as i put the battery charger on and went to start it is when everything died

Get a new battery or jump start it.

You could check the 50 amp fuse in the trunk next to the battery, if that blows then about 3/4 of the car wont work.

Yes jump starting that much WILL kill a battery. You need to buy a trickle charger to leave on it do that it does not go dead.

X2 on checking the main 50 amp fuse just off the battery.
